USD-Margin Funding Rate counts the funding rates of Perpetual Futures with Stablecoins as margin for different exchanges.

1) The funding rate is positive, indicating that the amount of funds for long positions is greater than the amount of funds for short positions. At this time, longs will pay funding fees to shorts.

2) The funding rate is negative, indicating that the amount of funds for short positions is greater than the amount of funds for long positions. At this time, shorts will pay funding fees to longs.
