Realized Profits-to-Value (RPV) Ratio

Realized Profits-to-Value (RPV) Ratio is used to track the ratio of Realized Profits to Realized Cap. Realized profit can be understood as the total profit of BTC in a profitable state after the last move; Realized Cap can be understood as the sum of the costs of all circulating BTC.
