Metric Description
MVRV Ratio is used to track the level of Market Value relative to Realized Value.
1) When the indicator is less than 1, it means that the Market Cap is lower than the Realized Cap, Holding BTC is at a loss on average, the market is bleeding, and historically it is a bottom range.
2) When the indicator is greater than 1, it means that the Market Cap is higher than the Realized Cap. Holding BTC is in a profitable state on average. The larger the indicator value, the greater the profit. When the newly entered funds can no longer catch the selling pressure of a large number of profiters, the market turns downward.
